THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("LICENSEE") AND LAWRESEARCH INC. CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU ELECTRONICALLY COMMITT BY ACCESSING THIS WEB SITE. This Web site "Web Site" ("Provider") is a service made available by MainStreet Attorney Yellow Pages,a subsidiary of LawResearch Inc. Accessing and or continued use of this Web Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the following Terms of Use and the Conditions as set out in the referenced elsewhere on this Web Site..

1. Web Site Limited License. As a user on this Web Site you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use this Web Site and Content in accordance with these Terms of Use. Provider may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

2. Non-Permitted Uses.. The Content on this Web Site is for your personal use only and not for commercial exploitation. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from this Web Site or the Content. Nor may you use any network monitoring or discovery software to extract information. Lawyer Advertisers on This Web Site The Listing lawyer/LawFirm is solely responsible for ensuring that their listing content published on this Web Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. Provider will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in advertisers data or for the acts or omissions of advertisers.

6-A) Postings to be Lawful.
If you participate in interactive areas on this Web Site, you shall not post, publish, upload or distribute any messages, data, information, text, graphics, links or other material (“Listings”) which is unlawful or abusive in any way, including but not limited to any Listings that are defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, inclusive of hate speech, or would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or give rise to liability or violate any local, state, federal or international law, or regulations of the U.S. government, either intentionally or unintentionally. Provider may delete your Listing at any time for any reason without permission from you.

6-B) Attorney Ethics Notice.
If you are an attorney participating in any aspect of this Web Site, including but not limited to Lawyer/Law Firms Listings, email messaging, you acknowledge that the Rules of Professional Conduct of the jurisdictions where you are licensed (“Rules”) apply to all aspects of your participation and that you will abide by these Rules. These Rules include, but are not limited to, the rules relating to advertising, solicitation of clients, unauthorized practice of law, and misrepresentations of fact. Provider disclaims all responsibility for your compliance with these Rules.

6-C) Attorney Listing Registration.
The Attorney Listing section of this Web Site require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide Provider with accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to inform Provider of any changes to that information. Each registration is for authorizing administrative privileges to a single individual (password protected) email address , as specifically designated on the registration page.

6-D) Listing to be in Your Name.
Your Listing shall be accompanied by your real name and shall not be posted anonymously. Participants in interactive areas shall not misrepresent their identity or their affiliation with any person or entity.

6-E) No Monitoring of Listing.
Provider has no obligation nor does it intend to edit, monitor or screen Listings and is not responsible for the content in such Listing or any content linked to or from such Postings. Notwithstanding the foregoing Provider reserves the right to examine from time to time, some, all, or no interactive areas for adherence to the Terms of Use and to remove any materials that may be objectionable or violate the Terms of Use. 

6-F)Provider does not permit;
Anyone other than the assigned administrative individual to access and make use of the listing sections. Access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network or otherwise. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. If you believe there has been unauthorized use, you are responsible for changing your password and notifying Provider immediately by email.

7. Third Party Links or Listing or Content: Provider shall not be responsible for and assumes no liability for any infringement, mistakes, misstatements of law, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content contained in any third party content appearing on this Web Site. You understand that the information and opinions in the third party content is neither endorsed by nor does it reflect the belief of Provider.A link to another site should not be construed to imply that the Site is affiliated or associated with, or is legally authorized to use any trade mark, trade name, logo or copyrighted symbol that may be reflected in the link or the description of the link to such other sites. An Attorney Listing on the Web Site should not be construed as an endorsement of that party or its product or service.

8. Information provided on this We Site: is believed to be reliable when posted. However, the Site does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the Information provided. The operator of the Site assumes no obligation to update the Information or advise on further developments concerning topics mentioned. Information contained on the Site may contain typographical errors. Information provided may be changed without notice. Access to this site is provided on an as is basis. You should not assume that your use of the Site will be error free or that the Site will operate without interruption.

9. No Solicitation. In no event may any person or entity solicit any Users with data retrieved from this Web Site.

10. Limitation of Liability. Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or any other damages whatsoever and howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or in reliance on the Information available on the Site, including any loss of use, lost data, lost business profits, business interruption, personal injury, or any other pecuniary loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from your use of this website. Even if the operator of the Site has been informed of the possibility thereof.

11. Unlawful Activity. Provider reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

Remedies for Violations.
Provider reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Provider's Web sites and their features.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Washington. Any suit or other action brought by LICENSEE under this Agreement shall be filed in King County. In any suit or other action under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney's fees.

13 Severability of Provisions. These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Web Site including the; Copyright, Disclaimer, Listing Agreement and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of the Web Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.

14. Conformance with Law You agree that your use of the Site shall not violate any applicable local, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law. Some jurisdictions may have restrictions on the use of the Internet by their residents.

15. Indemnification. LICENSEE shall indemnify and hold harmless Provider and its Licensors, development partners, agents, officers, directors, and employees harmless from and defend against any and all losses, costs, claims, judgments, damages, liabilities, demands or expenses including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise out of or derive in any way, either directly or indirectly, from LICENSEE's use of THE PROVIDER WEB SITE or information, content, goods or services obtained or accessed by use of the WEB SITE as set forth herein or from LICENSEE's breach of this Agreement. LICENSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT INFORMATION, CONTENT, GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR ACCESSED BY USE OF THE PROVIDER WEB SITE MAY BE SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND/OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS. LICENSEE SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND/OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF INFORMATION, CONTENT, GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR ACCESSED BY USE OF THE LAWRESEARCH WEBSITE. LICENSEE SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS PROVIDER FOR INFRINGEMENT OF ANY OF THE TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS, PATENTS OR TRADE SECRETS RELATED TO INFORMATION, CONTENT, GOODS, OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR ACCESSED BY USE OF THE WEB SITE.

16. Modifications to Terms of Use. Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time.
