Listing Overview

Registration

Registration is required to submit and edit listings, but all that is required to create and access your account is your name, e-mail address and a password of your choice. Please remember you must register before you will be able to submit a listing. There is no charge for registering however there is an annual charge for posting/publishing your listing on to the MainStreet Directory. We reserve the right to refuse or delete any ads that are deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of MainStreet a subsidiary of LawResearch, Inc., or are otherwise deemed detrimental or inconsistent with the purposes of the directory, including Terms of Use, Attorney Listing Agreement, Copyright Notice, Disclaimer, Privacy Statement, referenced elsewhere on this Web Site.

Please remember that registering does not get you a listing, it just provides you with the ability to post your listing. After you have registered, you will be taken to the section in which you will be able to publish your listing and click on "Level of Service Listing", you wish to have. The higher the level of Service the higher the priority your listing will be given as a result of a specific search, such as by state, city, or area of practice. Gold accounts are displayed above Silver and Silver above Bronze then Basic etc. Also it is our intent to offer expanded descriptions for the higher levels of service, thus, allowing for even more keyword searches to find your listing!!

Each registration is used for authorizing administrative privileges to a single individual, (password protected)and single email address, as specifically designated on the registration page by you. Provider will not be responsible for the any abuse or mis-use of the administrative privileges.

We accept credit card payments and accept electronic checks only thru the PayPal payment system. Pay by mail arrangements can be made but may delay the publishing of your listing until payment is received.

Duration of Agreement Your listing is for a 12 month contractual duration. It will automatically renew on a year to year basis thereafter at our then current rate. We will not necessarily notify you prior to renewal. You may remove your listing at any time during contractual year however the contract will remain enforce and billable until it expires.

Cancellation Policy: Listee may remove their listing content in whole or in part at any time. However account cancellations should be completed via written notice of intent to cancel to the address of record below.

E-mail Confidentiality

Those that wish to submit your listing but not display the e-mail address needed to register should not be concerned. The administrative email is required to register but can be different or the same as the email published in your Listing Ad. In fact, you don't have to include an e-mail address in the listing Ad at all if you don't wish to, and it may be different than the administrative email address used in your registration if you do.
