My base county is Chatham but I travel to 39 other counties in southeast Georgia to close loans (No Purchase transactions; only REFI, HELOC and reverse mtg.) at your customers´ home or business.

I am NNA certified and background checked and I carry $1,000,000.00 in Errors & Omissions insurance. My rates are not available on-line because of anti-trust laws but a schedule of counties covered and fees for closing services in those counties are available on request.

My office is staffed full time and I am available to travel 07:00-23:00 Monday through Saturday.
