John’s practice focuses on probate and trust litigation. His in-depth knowledge of trusts and estates law, coupled with his litigation background, provides him with particular experience in the area of probate litigation. John’s probate litigation practice includes will contests, will and trust reformations and all other estate and trust litigation. He also handles estate and trust planning and administration and negotiations with the Federal District and Tax Court, the Internal Revenue Service, the New Jersey Tax Court and the New Jersey Division of Taxation and general Membership and corporate matters. As part of his practice, John represents numerous high net worth individuals and corporate executives.
