Attorney Listing Agreement

Please read the following Attorney Listing Agreement carefully.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("LISTEE") AND LAWRESEARCH INC. CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU ELECTRONICALLY COMMIT TO THIS CONTRACT BY REGISTERING YOUR LISTING ON THIS WEB SITE. THIS "WEB SITE" ("PROVIDER") IS A SERVICE MADE AVAILABLE BY MAINSTREET ATTORNEY YELLOW PAGES, A SUBSIDIARY OF LAWRESEARCH INC. REGISTERING AND PUBLISHING YOUR LISTING ON THIS WEB SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS LISTING AGREEMENT AND THE CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH IN THE FOLLOWING LINKS WHICH ARE ALSO REFERENCED ELSEWHERE ON THIS WEB SITE

Attorney Listing Registration

The Attorney Listing section of this Web Site requires you to register. By registering you agree to provide Provider with accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to make any changes to that information. Each registration is used for authorizing administrative privledges to a single individual, (password protected)and single email address, as specifically designated on the registration page by you. Provider will not be responsible for the any abuse or mis-use of the administrative privledges.

Listing Content Responsibility

The LISTEE is solely responsible for ensuring that their listing content published on this Web Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. Provider will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertisers’ data or for the acts or omissions of advertisers.

Postings to be Lawful

LISTEE shall not post, publish, upload or distribute any messages, data, information, text, graphics, links or other material (“Listings”) which is unlawful or abusive in any way, including but not limited to any Listings that are defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, inclusive of hate speech, or would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the of any law, or regulations of the U.S. government, either intentionally or unintentionally. Provider may delete your Listing at any time for any reason without permission from you.

Attorney Ethics Notice

If you are an attorney participating in any aspect of this Web Site, including but not limited to Lawyer/Law Firms Listings, email messaging, you acknowledge that the Rules of Professional Conduct of the jurisdictions where you are licensed (“Rules”) apply to all aspects of your participation and that you will abide by these Rules. These Rules include, but are not limited to,the rules relating to advertising, solicitation of clients, unauthorized practice of law, and misrepresentations of fact. Provider disclaims all responsibility for your compliance with these Rules.

Listing to be in Your Name

Your Listing shall be accompanied by your real name and shall not be posted anonymously. Participants in interactive areas shall not misrepresent their identity or their affiliation with any person or entity.

No Monitoring of Listing

Provider has no obligation nor does it intend to edit, monitor or screen Listings and is not responsible for the content in such Listing or any content linked to or from such Postings. Notwithstanding the foregoing Provider reserves the right to examine from time to time, some, all, or no interactive areas for adherence to the Terms of Use and Conditions to remove any materials that may be objectionable or violate the Terms of Use.

Provider does Not Permit

Anyone other than the assigned administrative individual to access and make use of the listing sections. Access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network or otherwise is not permitted. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. If you believe there has been unauthorized use, you are responsible for changing your password and notifying Provider immediately by email.

Listee is Responsible for Listing Content

Provider shall not be responsible for and assumes no liability for any infringement, mistakes, misstatements of law, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content contained in any third party content appearing on this Web Site. You understand that the information and opinions in the third party content is neither endorsed by nor does it reflect the belief of Provider. A link to another site should not be construed to imply that the Site is affiliated or associated with, or is legally authorized to use any trade mark, trade name, logo or copyrighted symbol that may be reflected in the link or the description of the link to such other sites. An Attorney Listing on the Web Site should not be construed as an endorsement of that party or its product or service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Each Listing is believed to be reliable when posted. However, the Site does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the Information provided. Information contained on the Site may contain typographical errors. Information provided may be changed without notice. Access to this site is provided on an as is basis. You should not assume that your use of the Site will be error free or that the Site will operate without interruption.

PROVIDER, ITS LICENSORS AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE WEBSITE LISTEES HEREUNDER. LISTEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE PROVIDER'S WEBSITE IS TO PROVIDE LINKS LEADING TO RESOURCES AND INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET. PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, GOODS, OR SERVICES POSTED, OBTAINED OR ACCESSED BY USE OF THE WEBSITE. LISTEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS LISTEE'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW RESEARCH LISTINGS FOR ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND RELIABILITY.

REGISTERED LISTEE

is soley responsible for the content of their listing and if at any time you are not completely satisfied with your Listing on MainStreet, add, change or simply remove it via your own listing membership access. Or for free basic listings a simple email to the Provider with the request for removal using the registered email address will suffice.

Duration of Agreement

Your listing is for a 12 month contractual duration. It will automatically renew on a year to year basis thereafter at our then current rate. We will not necessarily notify you prior to renewal. You may remove your listing at any time during contractual year however the contract will remain enforce and billable until it expires.

Cancellation Policy

Listee may remove their listing content in whole or in part at any time. However account cancellations should be completed via writen notice of intent to cancel to the address of record below.

Listing, Priority and Limits

MainStreet lists attorneys/law firms by state, and within each state by city / county and Practice Area. Provider reserve the right to limit the number of local attorneys whose listings we carry in any Practice Area in any locale, and to revise the order in which listings appear based upon the various commercial service levels we offer.

Listee Free to make Updates

You may update your listing, at any time, to reflect changes in your address, email, website, phone numbers and descriptive wording. Other changes (such as adding; different lawyers, using separate office addresses, phone numbers or wording or Practice Areas) may each involve an additional charge. Provider reserve the right to edit or change the format of the pages, Practice Areas, City-State, and ranking of listings at any time.

Listee is NOT Responsible for Providers Content

Listee has no responsibility for any of the content on MainStreet apart from listtee's own listing. By listing your content of the Web Site we you are not implying that you are endorsing, recommending or approving any of our content. By accepting your listing we are not implying that we are endorsing or recommending you or approving any content in your listing or linked sites. You may refer to any of our content or trademarks without our express written consent.

Limitations of Liability and Claims

As a Listee on this Web Site you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use this Web Site and Content in accordance with these Terms of Use. Provider may terminate this license at any time for any reason. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. No claim, regardless of form, which in any way arises out of this agreement may be made, nor action based upon such claim brought.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Washington. Any suit or other action brought by LICENSEE under this Agreement shall be filed in King County. In any suit or other action under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney's fees.

Note that, by using the Services, you signify your agreement to this Listing Agreement. If you do not agree to this Listing Agreement, please do not use the Services.
